USCIRF also found that seven other countries meet the CPC threshold and should be designated: Egypt, Iraq, Nigeria, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Vietnam.
Other nations' category level 2, which replaces the name of the list of USCIRF monitoring used above are: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Cuba, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Laos and Russia.
"There has been no large-scale communal violence against religious minorities in India since 2008 and in recent years, the Government of India has created special structures and the judicial inquiry in an effort to meet these attacks happened, "the report said.
"However, last year, progress in achieving justice through these structures for victims of past incidents remains slow and inefficient," he said.
